Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Milan Santosh Mishra (“Tallify”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operating the Tallify mobile application and the website at tallifyapp.com (together, “the Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tallify. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use Tallify with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will close the account and delete the associated data.
2. What Tallify provides
Tallify is a height-growth companion app for users aged 13 to 25 and beyond. The Service includes:
- A personalized nutrition plan (daily meals, calorie and macro targets, recipes)
- An exercise program (stretching, Sprint Protocol sessions, posture drills, a 6-month progressive program)
- Sleep guidance and tracking
- A progress dashboard (height logs, weight logs, charts, streaks, Growth Score)
- An AI coach (“Tallify AI”) and a Meal Planner AI
- A community feed for Tallify users
- Gamification features (achievements, weekly challenges, shareable progress cards)
Tallify is an education, coaching, and motivation product. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. See the medical disclaimer in Section 11.
3. Your account
You need an account to use most features of Tallify. When you sign up:
- Provide a valid email address and a password you keep confidential.
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse to create, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable law.
4. Subscriptions, pricing, and the free trial
4.1 Subscription plans
Tallify offers three subscription options:

Prices are listed in US dollars. Local prices in your country and currency are shown on the paywall at checkout and are set by Apple or Google. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4.2 How the free trial works
- The free trial is offered once per Apple ID or Google account.
- Starting the trial requires an approved payment method on file with Apple or Google. This is a requirement of the App Store and Google Play — not a Tallify decision.
- The trial lasts exactly 3 calendar days from the moment you start it.
- If you do not cancel before the end of day 3, your subscription will automatically convert to the Monthly plan at US $9.99 per month and your payment method will be charged.
- You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of a subscription period.
4.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or every 6 months) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged the then-current price for the next period, and the renewal price and period will be shown to you before each renewal.
4.4 How to cancel
You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tallify → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tallify → Cancel subscription.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your Tallify account. To delete your account and data, go to Tallify → Settings → Delete account.
4.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies:

Tallify does not issue refunds directly. If you are charged in error or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google through the links above.
4.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your active subscription, we will notify you in advance through the app or by email, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Using the Service responsibly
When you use Tallify, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or these Terms.
- Post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes self-harm.
- Post medical advice or contradict a qualified healthcare professional.
- Share personal or contact information of any other person without their consent.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service for commercial purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service’s security or paywall.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service.
- Submit false data in an attempt to manipulate the AI, the community feed, or the Growth Score.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access in our reasonable discretion when we believe these rules have been broken. See also our Community Guidelines.
6. User content
You retain ownership of any content you post to the community feed (posts, comments). By posting, you grant Tallify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service and in Service-related communications.
You represent that you own or have the right to post the content you submit, and that your content does not violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any third party’s rights.
You may delete your own posts at any time through the in-app three-dot menu. Deletion removes the content from other users’ views, though it may remain in backups for up to 90 days.
7. Moderation and reports
The community feed is moderated. You can report posts or comments using the three-dot menu on any item in the feed or comment thread. Reported content is hidden from your view immediately, and your report is recorded for our team to review. We remove content that breaks these Terms.
- First violation: the content may be removed.
- Repeat violations: your account may be suspended.
- Severe violations (for example, threats of violence or sharing sexual content): your account may be terminated immediately.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the details of your case.
8. AI features
Tallify includes two AI features: the Tallify AI coach (chat) and the Meal Planner AI (custom meal generation). Both are powered by Anthropic’s Claude API.
When you use these features:
- For the Tallify AI coach (chat), a snapshot of your profile (age, height, sleep hours, diet quality, and similar) is included in the prompt sent to Anthropic so its responses are grounded in your real numbers. The Meal Planner AI receives only your diet type, allergies, dislikes, and the ingredients you enter — not your full profile.
- Your messages, ingredient lists, and other inputs are sent to Anthropic for processing.
- Responses are generated in real time and are not reviewed by a human before you see them.
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on several third-party providers, including Apple, Google (Play Store only), Supabase, Anthropic (Claude API), RevenueCat, and Expo. Your use of the Service may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
10. Intellectual property
All content in the Service that is not user-submitted — the app design, the 180-day program, the meal database, the exercise library, the AI system prompts, the Tallify brand, logos, and software — is owned by Milan Santosh Mishra or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is active and in good standing. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service’s content.
The Tallify name and logo are trademarks of Milan Santosh Mishra. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
11. Medical disclaimer
Tallify is not medical advice. The Service is for educational, motivational, and planning purposes only.
- Predictions, scores, calculations, and recommendations in the app are estimates, not guarantees.
- Height, weight, and growth outcomes depend on genetics, age, general health, and many other factors we cannot measure.
- We make no guarantee that you will reach any specific height or achieve any specific result.
- The nutrition plan, exercise program, and supplement suggestions are generated from public research and general best practices. They are not personalized medical nutrition therapy or a personalized medical exercise prescription.
- If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, are taking medication, or have any concerns about your diet or physical activity, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the Service.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Tallify is not a crisis service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, go to Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
- Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We discontinue the Service or a feature.
On termination, your license to use the Service ends, and you lose access to any content or features tied to your account.
13. Disclaimers of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, that it will be available at all times, that it is free of defects, or that any specific result (including any specific change in height, weight, or health) will be achieved.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Milan Santosh Mishra, Tallify, or any of our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or damages for personal injury, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Tallify in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milan Santosh Mishra, Tallify, and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms;
- Content you submit to the Service;
- Your violation of any third party’s rights; or
- Your violation of any applicable law.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws grant you additional protections, nothing in this section limits those rights.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where required by law, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and Tallify regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
